Guests must comply with the terms & conditions of hotels, resorts, tour operators, land and sea transport operators and others carrying out the tour services. Any services, not included in our tour voucher shall fall under incidental charges and must be negotiated and paid personally and not through our agency.    

Islands Accommodations online Service, Inc. acts only as an agent for suppliers and contractors, thus, its directors, officers, employees or representatives shall not be responsible nor liable for any and all claims, demands, suits, actions or proceedings whatsoever for any  damage, loss, injury, death accident or liability,  caused to the passenger or his/her property arising while in transit onboard a carrier, action, inaction or misconduct or negligence of the resort, hotel or tour operators, including but not limited to delays, alterations made in the program or changes in quoted rates.        

We shall not be liable under any circumstances for any of the expenses, damages, or losses incurred or sustained by guests which arise from but not limited to failure of guests to board aircraft as a non compliance to airline check in procedures and passport, visa and health requirements of places of destinations.

Islands Accommodations could not be held liable to any untoward incidents (e.g. flight cancellation, transportation breakdown or noise). However, we shall do our best to safeguard the interest of our guests.
Please verify critical information like visas, safety, health and transportation with the official authorities before starting your trip. 
Our liability is in all cases limited to the purchased amount.
