• Dollar Rate will be converted to peso. Currency conversion shall be based on the current rate used by the resort at the time of reservation.
• Maximum Occupancy:
  - Premiere Suite: 2 pax only
  - Standard Room, Superior & Executive Suite: 3 pax w/ charges for 3rd pax.
  - Family Suite: 6 pax w/ charges for the 3rd-6th pax.
• Check in time: 2:00 PM / Check out Time: 12:00 NN. Early check-in is allowed only when pre- arrangement has been made and approved.
• For FIT/GIT bookings.
• Posted rates are applicable on pre-paid arrangements only.
• Above DISCOUNTED rates are valid until March 2009.
• Above DISCOUNTED rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Resort’s Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations or revisions made not less than 6 working days prior to arrival, shall be charged 50% of the total room charges, less transaction cost.
• Cancellations or revisions made 5 working days or less prior to arrival date shall be charged the FULL AMOUNT (100%) the total room charges.
