• Normal check-in time is 2:00 PM/Check-out 12:00NN. Early check-in is allowed
  when pre-arranged. Please provide TRAVEL DETAILS AHEAD OF TIME for
  your transfer arrangements and/or early check-in pre-arrangements.
• Package operates on a minimum of 2 adults and maximum of 4 persons
  (adults & children) in a room. Bed set-up is 2 Queen sized beds.
• Inclusions are packaged and not refundable if package item or service is
  not availed.

  and applicable on pre-payment arrangements only.
• Special Package Rate is valid until March 2009.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation equivalent to 50% of the entire cost will be charged should the confirmed booking be cancelled 2 weeks or less prior to arrival.
• Full payment will automatically be forfeited if cancellations are made 3 days or less prior to arrival.
• Only force majeur, which would be determined if flights are cancelled, will be the exemption to the rule.

Terms & Conditions for Child Rate:

• Child rate applies only if accompanying a minimum of 2 adults. Otherwise
  full package rate applies. Applicable to a maximum of 2 kids accompanying 2
  adults in one room.
• Child rate includes accommodation on bed sharing basis, with daily, breakfast,
  RTT transfers, tour, river cruise lunch, and is nett of all charges.
