Cancellation notifications received not less than 31 banking days prior to check-in date will NORMALLY be entitled to a full refund less the cost 30 banking days after the cancellation notice was given. However, exceptions would apply depending on the different prevailing policies implemented by hotels/resorts applicable at different times of the year.

If notification of cancellation is received 20 banking days prior to check-in date, such will warrant a cancellation charge equivalent to a (1) one-night stay (on a per person basis). The remaining amount will be refunded less the cost 15 banking days after the cancellation notice was given. However, exceptions would apply depending on the different prevailing policies implemented by hotels/resorts applicable at different times of the year.

Notification of cancellation received 15 banking days prior to check-in date will warrant a cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount. The remaining amount will be refunded less the cost 15 banking days after notification of cancellation has been given. However, exceptions would apply depending on the different prevailing policies implemented by hotels/resorts applicable at different times of the year.

If notification of cancellation is received 15 banking days prior to check-in date 100% of the total booking amount shall be charged.
